Padded with removeable pads. Adjustable. Soft. Stretchy. Textured. The bikini top shows signs of normal wear. Please see pictures for more details. Vneck. Has elastic on the outside of the cups. With the garment laying flat, the measurements are as follows: the underbust is 9 1/2 inches and from back of the neck to bottom of the bikini top is 12 inches. Preowned but in good condition.
